The role
In this role you will be the main contact for a range of clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that their strategic needs are met. You will be required to take the lead and ensure that projects are carried out and delivered on time to the highest standard. You will also need to manage established revenue streams and actively pursue new business: pitching for new accounts, as well as, helping secure new projects from existing clients.
Your Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have excellent previous creative account handling and project management skills. You will have worked in an agency environment and have experience leading multiple clients and project simultaneously. Knowledge of digital and online media is equally essential to this role, and the ability to influence and lead client and agency meetings will be key to your success.

Reception and Helpdesk Operative working for a Large Insurance Company in the City.
£11 pr hr - 1 month possibly longer
Must have knowledge of a helpdesk system, knowledge of Concept would be a strong advantage. You must be well presented and well spoken as you will also be required to cover reception and switchboard on a rota basis.
